Evelin Kallas

hello!

Im Evelin, a 4th year homeopathy student.

I study with The School of Health based in Stroud, England, currently practicing under the supervision of the Registered Homeopath, Jon Didymus, PhD, DSH, RSHom from Bath (you can read more about Jon here.) The good news for you is, that you will get 2-brains-for-the-price-of-1: dont they say that two heads are better than one?

About me

I was born on an absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful and tranquil island of Saaremaa. Aged 18 I moved to Stockholm to study Swedish and Business Administration, followed by a short stint in Cyprus, where I worked in the tourist industry. Then came 10 years in IT in Amsterdam, and 2 healthy, home-born boys. I commenced my studies in Psychology and moved to West Yorkshire, where I worked in the Forensic Mental Health, while continuing with my MSc in Psych. I also taught Psychology in a private school, and then set up my own sustainable packaging company, geared towards after sales service markets of digital goods.

I have always been a deep thinker and I am naturally drawn towards research. I am especially interested in mental wellbeing. All our dis-eased states begin in our mental/emotional sphere. We can also be burdened by our ancestral themes and miasmatic inheritance. Homeopathy demands that I dig deep into the essence of every being. It asks me to be a detective, who meticulously analyses the evidence, to find what remedy resonates with your current dominant vibration of dis-ease, so that when the perfect match is found, it will give your vital force an appropriate nudge, that helps it find its way back to your perfect harmony.

I believe we are all like musical instruments, which require occasional tuning. My job is to find out what song is yours. I happen to be somewhat of a polyglot, speaking 7 languages. I currently offer consultations in English, Estonian and Dutch, predominately via online video calls from my Scottish church directly to your home.

A sea with crashing waves

Homeopathy is a dynamic form of medicine.

Homeopathy is a form of medicine that has an utmost respect for life, it aims to heal while causing the least amount of discomfort.

My experience in Homeopathy

I began my studies at Northern College of Homeopathy, based in Manchester, where I obtained my Foundation degree in Homeopathy. I then swapped to the famous School of Health in Stroud, founded by the renown Misha Norland, since I love to shift through the material in my own tempo and found this school to be top of the range.

I have practiced on countless friends and family members so far, including my dog. I have also observed eminent homeopaths during clinical practices and read hundreds of homeopathic books and research papers. Every time I crack the case, I catch myself from being at awe of the fabulous variety of expressions the vital force (your essence) deploys to fulfil its primary purpose, which is to keep you alive, no matter what.

My Story

I have always been interested in plants. I like to grow them, collect them, experiment with them (like making my fly-agaric tonic), and eat them.

Turns out that my grandmother tried to heal her digestive issues with various home-made plant remedies too, so perhaps it runs in my family. Plants are actually not as harmless as they look. Majority use various toxins as a defense mechanism, and can be lethal. In homeopathy, plants have been meticulously mapped and grouped under evolutionary themes, which can illuminate some human, complex family themes, with frightening accuracy. The good thing about homeopathic plant remedies is, that they only carry the energetic footprint of the plant, so one can never accidentally poison themselves with it. When the world went into a crazy state in 2020, I realized that it is best to take the responsibility of healing my family into my own hands. I had learned everything about the importance of movement and breath, and the mind, but I needed to know more.

My Cases

Clinical observational cases aside, I have worked on the following themes: prolonged grief, family themes of neglect and abandonment, strained mother-daughter relationships, issues with menorrhagia, fever, type A and B dissection, drug abuse, alcoholism, various skin issues, post-operative issues etc.

Homeopathy just came to me, and to be honest it is the best thing I have ever studied. Nothing else is as comprehensive as this. It touches every aspect of the human experience and is all-encompassing. It is a true art of actively sensing the other, recording only what is true, and then applying the carefully collected wisdom to bring one back into vitality.
